Our recipe of Pasta Salad & Mexican Salsa, made with Bambino’s Fusilli Pasta! For Pasta & Vegetable Salad:
● 1/2 cup cooked whole wheat Bambino fusilli pasta
● 1/2 cup blanched carrot cubes
● 1/2 cup blanched broccoli florets
● 1/2 cup deseeded tomato cubes
● 1/2 cup blanched zucchini cubes

For Salad Dressing:
● 1/2 cup finely chopped tomatoes
● 1/2 tsp dried oregano
● 1 tbsp finely chopped coriander (dhania)
● 1/2 tsp finely chopped green chillies
● Salt to taste

1. To make Bambino pasta and vegetable salad, combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl and mix well, gently. Add Bambino Pasta according to the serving amount.
2. Add the herbed tomato salsa and toss well to infuse the flavours.
3. Combine all the ingredients for the salsa in a bowl and mix well while mashing it with a back of a spoon and mix it into the salad
4. Refrigerate the pasta and vegetable salad for 30 minutes and serve chilled!
