Did you know? The one spaghetti rule you must always follow –  never break your spaghetti before cooking it is because the pasta is meant to be eaten by twirling them around your fork. This is difficult to do when you’re left with tiny, broken-up pieces of spaghetti rather than the full strand of pasta.

Why Balian Spaghetti?

  • Made from Superior Quality Durum Wheat Semolina
  • No Maida
  •  Zero trans fat, cholesterol, and high protein.
  • Cooks in 10-11 minutesHow to cook the perfect Balian Spaghetti:
  • Fill a large pot of water. Bring to a boil. Add salt. Be generous, this salt seasons the pasta as it cooks and penetrates into every strand.
  • Add the dried Balian spaghetti pasta and stir until the water returns to a boil. Cook your pasta al dente, no more and no less
  • Strain and cool briefly, but do not rinse. Rinsing washes away the starch that helps the sauce stick to the pasta. Toss in olive oil instead.
  • Quick tip: save some pasta water to add to your sauce
  • When ready to use, add to warm sauce, toss with your favourite meat or veggies, and let it simmer
  • Remove off the stove
  • Garnish with some herbs & cheese

Hot & scrumptious Balian spaghetti is now ready to serve.

    • Durum Wheat Semolina / Suji
