Payment Services

1. All payments for Bambino products shall be made through the Bambino Platform. To the extent permitted by applicable law and subject to Bambino's Privacy Policy, you acknowledge and agree that Bambino may utilize certain third-party vendors and service providers, including payment gateways, to process payments and manage payment card information.
2. In order to make payments online, you agree to utilize valid payment card details, bank account information, third-party wallets, or any other mode of payment ("Payment Details") with the necessary authority and sufficient funds or credit available to complete the transaction on the Bambino Platform in good standing. By providing the Payment Details, you represent, warrant, and covenant that: 

(i) You are legally authorized to provide such Payment Details; 

(ii) you are legally authorized to perform payments using such Payment Details; 

(iii) such action does not violate the terms and conditions applicable to your use of such Payment Details or applicable law. You acknowledge and agree to be responsible for any fees charged by your mobile carrier in connection with your use of the payment services through your mobile. Bambino shall handle and use the Payment Details as described in Bambino's Privacy Policy. You may manage, update, or delete the Payment Details provided by you from time to time through the Bambino Platform.

1. A payment receipt confirming the completion of a transaction shall be provided to you through the Bambino Platform and may also be sent to your registered email address.
2. Bambino shall not be liable for any payments authorized through the Bambino Platform using your Payment Details. In particular, Bambino shall not be liable for any payments that fail to be completed due to: 

(i) insufficient funds in your payment card or bank account or third-party wallet, or exceeding the credit limit associated with the Payment Details provided; 

(ii) incorrect Payment Details provided by you; 

(iii) expiration of your payment card; or 

(iv) circumstances beyond Bambino's control, such as power outages, interruptions of cellular service, or other external interferences preventing the execution of the transaction.

1. Bambino shall not bear responsibility for any unauthorized transactions conducted on the Bambino Platform using your payment card or Internet banking. Bambino shall not be obligated to provide refunds for such unauthorized transactions.
2. All sensitive information collected during the payment process, including card details, names, and passwords, is encrypted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) coding for enhanced security.
